There are also services that are limited or not covered by DeanCare Gold Shared Value (Cost). These services include, but are not limited to: homemaker services; private duty nursing; surgical treatment for morbid obesity, unless medically necessary and covered under Original Medicare; routine dental care; routine foot care; private duty nursing; homemaker services; cochlear implants, unless medically necessary according to Original Medicare guidelines; and custodial care, such as help in walking, getting in and out of bed, eating, dressing, bathing, and taking medicine.
