Out Of Network Information
Generally, we only cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy in limited
circumstances when a network pharmacy is not available. DeanCare Rx covers
prescriptions filled at an out-of-network facility in emergency situations. Your
copayment is higher and the prescription will be for a 10 day supply. Please see
the Evidence of Coverage for the out-of network
pharmacy co-payment amounts and quantity limits.
