  • Experience Meditation

    This will be a guided meditation aimed to calm the breath, still the mind, and reduce stress. Meditation will last 30 minutes and meditators will be seated on chairs. Weekly attendance helps to instill a meditation habit. As meditation becomes a part of one's life it often creates clarity of mind and an awakening of the heart. The world needs meditators.

  • Preventing ACL Injuries & Improving Performance

    Dean Clinic – Sports Medicine is offering a special fitness program designed to help prevent ACL and knee-related injuries. The program is designed to optimize strength and muscle control in the lower extremity and may also improve athletic performance.

  • Yin Yang Yoga

    This is a unique blend of gentle and deep, but still stretches.

  • Yoga for Beginners

    This is a slower paced class reviewing the fundamentals of correctly aligning the body to do yoga poses in the most beneficial way. It is for students who have learned the basics or are looking to learn the basics. The class will concentrate on solidifying your basic poses, learning more basic and some intermediate poses, while improving your basic alignment and breathing.
