  • Black Tiles & Zendalas

    Explore Zentangle on black tiles with white gel pens, white charcoal pencil, and soapstone on black tiles. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It increases focus and creativity, provides artistic satisfaction along with a personal sense of well being. You will also discover the meditative quality of Zendalas, which combines Zentangle and mandalas. Mandalas are ancient and sacred symbols which promote centering and connecting to our soul. Working with black tiles and Zendalas prepares the mind to slow down, relax, and become mindful.

  • Gratitude Journaling

    This workshop will focus on ways to deepen thankfulness and appreciation which can attract more circumstances to be greatful for...the Law of Attraction. Gratitude journals are used for recording the many blessings in our lives, thus taking a step on the journey of making gratitude a lifestyle which can enrich our lives in ways we could never imagine.

Are you challenged with trying to balance your career, your marriage, your children and your elderly parents? This class will address strategies on how to best manage these challenges and find that "right balance".

  • The Green Revolution - How to green up your plate, bowl and cup.

    Get ready to throw the gardening/growing/eating season into high gear! Recipes, revelations and regrets - all will be shared in this 90 minute presentation by Mary Wolff RN, Nurse Practitioner and Health Coach. The table will be set for 15 participants, and we will nibble our way through the evening trying out new ideas with fresh fruits and vegetables.

    This is a unique blend of gentle and deep, but still stretches.

  • Yoga for Beginners

    This is a slower paced class reviewing the fundamentals of correctly aligning the body to do yoga poses in the most beneficial way. It is for students who have learned the basics or are looking to learn the basics. The class will concentrate on solidifying your basic poses, learning more basic and some intermediate poses, while improving your basic alignment and breathing.
