Yin Yang Yoga is a unique blend of gentle and deep stretching.
Yoga for Beginners is a slower-paced class where we review the fundamentals of correctly aligning the body to execute yoga poses in the most beneficial way. We will concentrate on solidifying your basic poses, learning more basic and some intermediate poses, while improving your basic alignment and breathing.
