If your story is that you are angry, anxious, overweight, overwhelmed or sad, mindfulness is a way for you to change your story. In this new Jane Govoni mindfulness class you will learn many techniques and she will explore how to do a mindful meditation. Mindfulness can be used for weight control, creating more joy, healing, relationships, or finding the deep pieces of your subconscious. You will also receive a choice of CD's to enhance whatever you are using mindfulness for, to create a better life.
This is a unique blend of gentle and deep, but still stretches.
This is a slower paced class reviewing the fundamentals of correctly aligning the body to do yoga poses in the most beneficial way. It is for students who have learned the basics or are looking to learn the basics. The class will concentrate on solidifying your basic poses, learning more basic and some intermediate poses, while improving your basic alignment and breathing.
