In this new Jane Govoni mindfulness class you will learn many techniques and she will explore how to do a mindful meditation. Mindfulness can be used for weight control, creating more joy, healing, relationships, or finding the deep pieces of your subconscious. You will also receive a choice of CD's to enhance whatever you are using mindfulness for, to create a better life.
