    Dean Clinic offers seminars, each lasting two and one-half hours. You will learn about how to avoid future injury and pain by using your back properly. The seminar includes a hands-on workshop about your back.

  • Breathe with Ease Support Group

    A support group for people who have emphysema, chronic bronchitis and asthma (also called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD).

  • CPAP Users Group

    An informal group meeting focused on using a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine.

  • Create a Dream - Vision Board

    Give a nudge to your dreams with the creation of a dream board, vision board, or a treasure map. Listen to your heart as you create a dream board that is uniquely yours. The process of making a dream board helps to clarify and focus dreams, wishes, and goals from all areas of life...relationships, family, travel, home and much more. Displaying the dream board can help dreams to manifest.

  • Fall Prevention

    Janet Bollig, a Medical Social Worker for Home Health United will give free a presentation on Fall Prevention. One third of people over the age of 65 years fall every year. Ten precent of these falls are serious enough to require hospitalization. Falls may also lead to premature death.

  • Heart to Heart - Living Well with Heart Failure

    Heart to Heart resources from a community education event.

  • Living Well with Chronic Conditions April 17 - May 22 at Dean Clinic - East

    Register for Living Well with Chronic Conditions, a six-week evidence-based program that helps people with any chronic condition better manage their lives by learning new approaches, setting goals, and working to meet those goals in a supportive environment.
