    If your story is that you are angry, anxious, overweight, overwhelmed or sad, mindfulness is a way for you to change your story. In this new Jane Govoni mindfulness class you will learn many techniques and she will explore how to do a mindful meditation. Mindfulness can be used for weight control, creating more joy, healing, relationships, or finding the deep pieces of your subconscious. You will also receive a choice of CD's to enhance whatever you are using mindfulness for, to create a better life.

  • Living Well with Diabetes

    The Living Well with Diabetes – First Steps class offers basic instruction for individuals with Type 2 diabetes, and a member of their family.
