    A monthly support group for people who deal with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes on a daily basis.

  • ALS MDA Support Group

    This support group is for those with Muscular Dystrophy and/or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

  • Back Care Injury Seminar

    Dean Clinic offers seminars, each lasting two and one-half hours. You will learn about how to avoid future injury and pain by using your back properly. The seminar includes a hands-on workshop about your back.

  • Breathe with Ease Support Group

    A support group for people who have emphysema, chronic bronchitis and asthma (also called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD).

  • CPAP Users Group

    An informal group meeting focused on using a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine.

  • Experience Meditation

    This will be a guided meditation aimed to calm the breath, still the mind, and reduce stress. Meditation will last 30 minutes and meditators will be seated on chairs. Weekly attendance helps to instill a meditation habit. As meditation becomes a part of one's life it often creates clarity of mind and an awakening of the heart. The world needs meditators.

  • Feeding Your Thyroid

    You've been told you have a thyroid problem - you feel tired and sluggish, constipated, your hair is falling out, your skin is dry...What's going on?? Join Mary Wolff RN, Nurse Practitioner & Health Coach to take a deeper look at low thyroid function. Mary will address thyroid testing, medications, and how your diet may be influencing your thyroid function? Are you gluten free? What are the effects of cruciferous vegetables or iodine? What about Brazil nuts or supplements? This 90-minute presentation will provide information about thyroid function, what your thyroid lab results mean, and how you can improve the effectiveness of your thyroid medication through good nutrition and appropriate supplements.
