This is a unique blend of gentle and deep, but still stretches.
This class is held every Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
We start with a "Yang" practice, which is a gentle vinyasa flow sequence.
Then it is followed by a series of "Yin" postures which is quiet practice consisting of a series of long, slow postures that targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held from 1 to 5 minutes long.
