Home Health United – Community Grief Support
Provides end-of-life care, support for loved ones, and free grief support options to anyone in the community who has experienced loss, regardless of whether your loved one was a HHU patient or not. Grief groups include: Drop In Group (no registration required), Family Series, Spouse / Partner Loss Group, When Mourning Dawns, Memorial Services, Grief Through the Holidays.

United Way 2-1-1 Online Support Search
United Way 2-1-1 is a 24-hour, 365-day a year, free and confidential information and referral service for people in Dane County who are in need of help. You can search online or call 2-1-1 for information on alcohol and drug abuse, child abuse and neglect, crisis intervention, disability, domestic violence, elder care, employment and education, financial and legal issues, food, health care, mental health, parenting and child care, shelter, and much more.
Agrace HospiceCare, South Central Wisconsin
Provides end-of-life care and support to terminally ill patients and their families, counseling for caregivers, and grief support for those struggling with the death of a loved one.
Support services for people with HIV/AIDS and their families. Provides case management services.
Alzheimer & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin

Bereaved Parents Support Group
For families who have lost children during pregnancy or their first year of life. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at St Mary's Hospital in Bay 4.
Epilepsy Foundation, South Central Wisconsin Chapter
Information about epilepsy support groups in southcentral Wisconsin.
Family Support Program (For families with severely disabled children)
Help with finding support services for families with severely disabled children. The program also links families with other families to strengthen natural support networks.

Thyroid Cancer Support Group
Available through the Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, this free support group meets once a month and is open to patients, family members, and caregivers.

National Organization of Rare Diseases (NORD)
National non-profit organization with extensive rare disease information and lists of support organizations. Note: Most of the listings for support groups are national organizations rather than local. It may take some time and patience to work through their listings, but could be worth the effort.
