United Way 2-1-1 Online Support Search
United Way 2-1-1 is a 24-hour, 365-day a year, free and confidential information and referral service for people in Dane County who are in need of help. You can search online or call 2-1-1 for information on alcohol and drug abuse, child abuse and neglect, crisis intervention, disability, domestic violence, elder care, employment and education, financial and legal issues, food, health care, mental health, parenting and child care, shelter, and much more.
AIDS Network

Thyroid Cancer Support Group
Available through the Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, this free support group meets once a month and is open to patients, family members, and caregivers.
Madison Area Mothers of Multiples
Madison Area MOMs is a non-profit support group for families with multiples... twins, triplets, quads or more. As a MOMs member, you will have access to their calendar of events and support network.

National Organization of Rare Diseases (NORD)
National non-profit organization with extensive rare disease information and lists of support organizations. Note: Most of the listings for support groups are national organizations rather than local. It may take some time and patience to work through their listings, but could be worth the effort.
