Administrative Services for plan providers
If your patient is enrolled in an Administrative Services Plan, you have two easy ways to check their eligibility and claim status:
- Sign in to the Provider Portal with their member ID number and your tax ID number
- Call Member Services at the phone number listed on your patient’s member ID card
